Restoration & repair of ship models, scrimshaw and marine antiques has been an important and ongoing part of my work for over 40 years. Models of all sizes & types have come to my shop for work. 

 

Restoring scrimshaw & bone antiques related to the whaling industry in the 19th century has been an area of particular speciality. I’ve also worked on ships figureheads, marine carvings and Napoleonic era bone prisoner of war artifacts .
